A pro-democracy organization, Egbe Omoluabi Eko has commended the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for picking Lagos State Governor, Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu as the Chairman, Governorship Election Campaign Committee as a winning strategy.

Ina chat with newsmen in Lagos, Convener of the group, Comrade Ekundayo Ibrahim commended the leadership of the party for their good reasoning for choosing a performing governor as a Campaign Chairman, saying, “the idea is a winning strategy that must have caught the opposition panicking.”

According to Ibrahim, what the APC has just done in Ondo State is known as ‘Surprise Attack’ in the military palace which always catches the enemies napping, enthusing that, with this strategy, the party has chosen the right political mathematician that would solve the electoral problem mathematically.

According to the youthful activist, the highly enlightened people of Ondo State would not ignore a campaign team headed by a performing governor like Sanwo-Olu and vote for an opposition, stressing that, the people would prefer continuity to ‘Trial and Error’ which he said the opposition candidate is for now.

Speaking further, Ibrahim urged the enlightened people of Ondo State to shun political sentiment and put their vote where their future and that of their children is guarantee, advising that, “this is not the time for electoral indecision where voters would gamble with their future and future of their children and the generation yet unborn.

“This is not the time for trial and error. Sanwo-Olu, who is heading the campaign team, knows what it takes to introduce a winning contestant like Arakunrin Akeredolu (SAN) to the people. With Sanwwo-Olu leading the campaign, Ondo would be agog with robust electioneering full of mature presentation in civilized manner and devoid of hooliganism. Where Sanwo-Olu stands, you can be sure of aura of civility from ubane group of campaign from people with oratory prowess,” Ibrahim submitted as a matter of fact.

While appealing to the people to attend the electioneering outings with open minds to learn and be entertained, the youth leader admonished rancorous electioneering would not do anybody any good, wondering what benefit anybody can drive from a rancorous activity that is aimed at enlightening the people about which way to go at the poll!
