A large crowd of party faithful and residents gathered in Agege Federal Constituency I as Moshood Alabede Olawale officially commissioned the Bola Ahmed Tinubu (BAT) campaign centre and distributed palliative support to residents.
Olawale, popularly known as MAO, is contesting to represent Agege Constituency 01 in the Lagos State House of Assembly under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The event, held at No. 24 Sarumi Alawo Street, Agege, Lagos, attracted key party stakeholders, including leaders, grassroots mobilisers, market representatives, youth groups, and womenโs associations from across the constituency.
The turnout underscored the growing grassroots support for Olawaleโs political ambition and his alignment with the political ideology of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The atmosphere was vibrant and energetic, reflecting strong political mobilisation and what observers described as a well-organised and formidable support base.
Speaking with journalists, Olawale described the commissioning of the BAT campaign centre as unprecedented in the history of Agege.
โThis is history in the making in Agege. This kind of initiative has never happened before. For an individual to personally commission a campaign office for the President in Agege shows the level of belief and trust we have in Mr President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
โWe are fully committed to his cause and strongly support his re-election in 2027. It is crucial for the continued development of our country,โ he said.
Olawale also commended the Executive Chairman of Agege Local Government, Hon. AbdulGaniu Vinod Obasa, describing him as a vibrant youth.
He acknowledged the developmental strides recorded under his administration while noting that more still needs to be done.
He further stressed the need to give young people the opportunity to represent Agege Constituency I in the Lagos State House of Assembly in 2027.
On his manifesto, Olawale said it would be โlimitless,โ promising unprecedented and impactful initiatives for the constituency.
