The Executive Chairman of Apapa-Iganmu Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Jimoh Olawale Saliu, has congratulated the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, on her historic installation as the Yeye Asiwaju of Oodua Land by the Ooni of Ife, His Imperial Majesty Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II.
In a goodwill message issued on behalf of the management, the legislative council, and residents of Apapa-Iganmu LCDA, Hon. Saliu described the honour as “well-deserved,” noting that the chieftaincy title reflects the First Lady’s exceptional leadership and unwavering dedication to national development.
He praised Senator Tinubu for her consistent advocacy for women and youth empowerment, as well as her selfless service to humanity, which he said continues to inspire millions across the country and beyond.
“This prestigious and historic chieftaincy title is a fitting recognition of your grace, wisdom, and profound positive influence on society,” Hon. Saliu stated.
The council boss prayed for God’s continued guidance, wisdom, and good health for the First Lady as she carries the revered title, expressing confidence that the honour will further strengthen her impact on national progress.
