Former Executive Chairman of Agege Local Government Area and a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Lagos State, High Chief (Alh) Ganiyu Kola Egunjobi (JP), has participated in the party’s ongoing electronic registration and revalidation of membership exercise at his ward, Isale-Oja/Idimangoro, in Agege.
Egunjobi completed the exercise on Monday and described the process as seamless, orderly, and efficiently coordinated by party officials at the ward level.
He said the initiative underscores the APC’s commitment to strengthening its grassroots structures, modernising party administration, and building a credible, technology-driven membership database nationwide.
Speaking after his registration, the former council chairman stressed the need for active participation by party leaders, stakeholders, and members across the country, including those in the diaspora.
He noted that broad involvement would help consolidate internal democracy, promote inclusiveness, and deepen engagement between the party and its grassroots base.
Egunjobi also urged Nigerians who share the APC’s progressive ideals to take advantage of the e-registration exercise, adding that mass participation is key to building a stronger and more responsive political platform capable of effectively aggregating public interests and driving national development.
He further called on Nigerians to continue supporting the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, which he described as a reform-oriented programme aimed at repositioning the country for sustainable economic growth, institutional stability, and shared prosperity.
According to him, sustained public support and collective responsibility are essential to building a united, resilient, and prosperous Nigeria.
