As the 2023 general elections in Nigeria, draws nearer, the All Progressives Congress (APC), presidential flagbearer in the contest, senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his running mate, senator Kashim Shettima, have received a national endorsement from a frontline northern group, the 100% FOCUS MOVEMENT FOR TINUBU-SHETTTIMA.
The group which investigations have shown has a nationwide spread, paid a courtesy visit to the palace of the Sarki overall of Alimosho and chairman of the chieftaincy council of Arewa community Alimosho local government, Lagos state, HRH Alhaji Ahmed Haruna Kuraja, during which, the national chairman of the group, Dr. Ibrahim Muhammad, declared the group’s conviction and strong belief in the capacity of the duo of Tinubu-Shettima, as president and vice president to found the greater Nigeria, we collectively yearn for as Nigerians.
Continuing, Dr. Ibrahim, averred that, Tinubu’s towering legacies as governor of Lagos state, has undoubtedly accounted for why Lagos is currently the 5th largest economy in Africa and one of the fastest growing cities across the globe; similarly, he said, senator Kashim Shettima, while, serving as governor of Borno state, revamped infrastructure and ensured development democracy, leading to the emergence of a capable successor who has tremendously turned around the fortunes of the state.
We have no doubt that, the APC presidential ticket represents the surest bet to a Nigeria of greater prosperity; the more reason, we are currently deep into traders sensitization phase of our nationwide campaign schedule, the group’s national chairman said, while, concluding.
In his remark, the host and Sarki overall of Alimosho, HRH Alhaji Ahmed Haruna Kuraja, commended the group for charting a positive course for themselves and assured to always support them with good counsel and prayers.
