For the first time in the history of Lagos State, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu engaged in a 24 hour marathon interview with prospective Permanent Secretaries in the state Civil Service.
It was reliably gathered that out of the 25 that appeared before the governor, only 15 will emerge as PS.
