The All Progressives Congress (APC) Blue Table Group on Thursday named Mr David Olusegun Odunmbaku, as its Grand Patron.
The group led by Mr Musbau Oseni, presented the “Leadership Award” to Odunmbaku at the council secretariat.
Oseni asserted that the conferment was in line with the council boss’ leadership role to the community.
The group explained that Odunmbaku’s achievement within the last few weeks speaks for him.
The group said: “Within the last few weeks, you have done marvellously well. We admire your leadership style. Your infrastructure development, women and youths empowerment among others are visible to the blind and audible to the blind.”
“We presented you this award because of your humanity to mankind and leadership role to the community.”
In his remark, Odunmbaku appreciated the group for the award. “Your contributions towards the election cannot be overemphasised. I appreciated everyone for this laudable gift, it’s unique.”
