Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, lit up the atmosphere on Thursday as he made a memorable appearance at the traditional wedding of Nollywood star Iyabo Ojo’s daughter, Priscilla, and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.

The high-profile celebration, which took place at the upscale Five Palms in Oniru, Lagos, drew a constellation of celebrities and dignitaries—but it was Governor Adeleke’s vibrant performance that stole the spotlight.

Known for his love of music and dance, the “dancing governor” took to the stage to serenade the couple, delivering a heartfelt and entertaining performance that had the bride, groom, and guests grooving along. His energetic presence added a unique cultural spark to an already dazzling event.

The ceremony marks the second phase of the international love story between Priscilla and Juma Jux, who first tied the knot in a traditional Tanzanian ceremony in February. Their journey to forever began with a viral set of pre-wedding photos, captioned “two hearts united as one soul, on a mission to forever,” and continued with a civil wedding in Tanzania.

According to Iyabo Ojo, the celebrations are far from over. A white wedding is scheduled to hold in Nigeria, while the grand finale is expected in Tanzania this May—rounding off what fans have dubbed the most anticipated celebrity wedding of 2025, using the trending hashtag #JP2025.

Governor Adeleke’s spirited presence not only added political prestige but also showcased his flair for connecting with the younger generation, once again proving he knows how to blend governance with the heartbeat of the people.
