Bianca Ojukwu has reiterated her unwavering loyalty to the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), despite her recent appointment as Minister of State for Foreign Affairs by President Bola Tinubu.
This assurance was conveyed by APGA National Chairman, Sly Ezeokenwa, during an interview on Channels Television on Wednesday, November 27, 2024.
Ezeokenwa expressed gratitude for Ojukwu’s ministerial role, emphasizing her continued membership in APGA.
He stated, “I commend the president for this appointment. Bianca Ojukwu remains a devoted member of APGA, serving on the party’s Board of Trustees without resigning her membership. Her appointment reflects her standing as an APGA member.”
He added that the party fully endorsed Ojukwu’s acceptance of the role, viewing it as an opportunity for opposition voices to contribute positively to national governance.
Ezeokenwa also lauded President Tinubu’s inclusive leadership style, highlighting the importance of cross-party collaboration in fostering national development.
Bianca Ojukwu, 56, a former Nigerian Ambassador to Spain, now serves as the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, bringing her diplomatic expertise to the administration while maintaining her commitment to APGA.
