Jake Paul defeats boxing legend Tyson by unanimous decision

Jake Paul has emerged winner against boxing legend Mike Tyson in a boxing clash at A&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

The judges unanimously awarded Paul the win with scores of 80-72, 79-73, and 79-73.

This fight marked a historic moment in professional boxing, featuring the largest age gap between opponents—31 years. At 57, Tyson stepped into the ring for his first professional bout since his 2005 loss to Kevin McBride, while Paul, 26, continued his unconventional rise in the boxing world.

The match deviated from traditional formats, consisting of eight two-minute rounds with both fighters wearing 14-ounce gloves

Final Round

The crowd rallies with a Tyson chant, but Paul quiets them with sharp jabs. Tyson lands a sneaky left, but Paul turns up the aggression in the final minute. Boos rain down as action slows again.

A solid right from Paul pushes Tyson to the ropes before Paul eases up, bowing respectfully as the fight ends.

Round 7

Tyson starts the round aggressively, exciting the crowd, but Paul quickly takes over with a big right hand and a body shot that slows Tyson down. Paul lands combinations at will, shaking Tyson and dominating the round.

Round 6

The crowd began to boo in frustration over the lack of activity in the fight.

While Jake Paul maintains the upper hand, the action remains minimal.

Round 5

Jake Paul continues to press as the aggressor, though neither fighter is landing strong punches.

Paul’s higher activity level and accuracy give him the edge in exchanges..

Round 3 and 4

Jake Paul has fully taken control as the aggressor, capitalizing on Mike Tyson’s exhaustion.

With Tyson barely throwing punches, Paul is dictating the pace of the fight.

Round 2

Mike Tyson started Round 2 looking fatigued after a strong opening round, his heavy breathing noticeable.

His punch output decreased, yet Jake Paul remained largely on the defensive throughout the round.

Round 1

Mike Tyson delivered powerful blows, keeping Jake Paul on the defensive for most of the round.

It’s boxing legend, Mike Tyson vs Jake Paul in the ring today. This is coming nearly 40 years after Tyson made his professional debut, and 19 years after being battered into retirement.

Tysons, 58, climbs back into the ring with Paul, 27, a Youtuber.

It’s happening at AT&T Stadium, the home of the Dallas Cowboys, in Arlington, Texas.

The fight is eight two-minute rounds.
