Senator Monday Okpebholo and Dennis Idahosa were officially sworn in as the Governor and Deputy Governor of Edo State on Tuesday.
The Chief Justice of Edo State, Daniel Okungbowa, administered the oaths of office at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium.
Both leaders vowed to uphold the constitution and prioritize the welfare of Edo State’s citizens.
The ceremony was met with enthusiastic cheers from supporters, signaling the start of a new administration for the state.
