By Hon. Segun Olulade Eleniyan

I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and his deputy, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, on their victory at the Supreme Court. The affirmation of their election is a testament to the will of the people and the strength of our democratic institutions. This victory is a cause for celebration and a reaffirmation of the trust and confidence the people of Lagos State have placed in our party, the All Progressives Congress and their leadership.

I commend the judiciary for their diligence in upholding the will of the people and ensuring that justice prevails. Their commitment to fairness and impartiality is essential in maintaining the integrity of our electoral process. The affirmation of Governor Sanwo-Olu’s election is a reflection of the judiciary’s dedication to upholding the rule of law and the principles of democracy.

Governor Sanwo-Olu’s invitation to those still sitting on the fence, undecided or skeptical is a testament to his inclusive leadership style. As he graciously put it, everyone is welcome to join the progressive train of governance. This inclusive approach reflects a commitment to unity and a desire to foster a political environment where diverse perspectives contribute to the greater good.

The governor’s call for collaboration resonates with his vision encapsulated in the THEME + agenda. Joining hands with Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Deputy Governor Dr. Obafemi Hamzat is not just an invitation; it is an opportunity to actively participate in the betterment of Lagos State.

I echo the governor’s sentiments and urge all residents to join hands with him and his deputy in achieving their THEME + agenda. It is only through collective effort and collaboration that we can build a Lagos that thrives, progresses, and uplifts every resident. Let us continue working together to make our state a shining example of good governance and prosperity.

Let this be a rallying cry for unity and collaboration. As we move forward, let’s work hand in hand to build a Lagos that stands as a testament to progress, inclusivity, and prosperity for all its residents. Governor Sanwo-Olu’s magnanimity in victory serves as a beacon, guiding us towards a future where collective efforts pave the way for a flourishing Lagos.

Once again, congratulations to Governor Sanwo-Olu and Dr. Obafemi Hamzat. I look forward to witnessing the positive impact of their leadership on our beloved Lagos State.
