This is what I think; It a person’s Choice to be led and the people’s choice you lead. Choice determined by a person’s charisma and quality. Management organization honesty and accountability are what can be said to be qualities of a good leader. One thing to know is there is no leader without followers and followers without a leader. The qualities of a person as a leader are what distinguish such a person from a ruler. A leader works hand in hand with his followers to achieve a common goal while a ruler uses his followers to achieve a goal.

Nigeria is at the verge of electing a new head of government. So many political parties with their candidate contesting for the post; who will win? Who will be in the next head of government in Nigeria? A RULER OR A LEADER?
