The Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for Lagos Central Senatorial District, Rt Wasiu Eshilokun-Sanni has suspended campaign activities for 48 hours to mourn the death of Nigerian Ambassador to Spain, Chief Ademola Seriki, CON.
Rt Hon Eshilokun-Sanni announced this on Thursday, 15 December, 2022, while morning the death of the Diplomat.
According to him, the suspension covered all meetings and engagements plus other activities slated for Thursday, 15 December and Friday, 16 December, 2022.
“All my engagements and meetings are suspended for today (Thursday) and tomorrow (Friday) in honor of my departed friend and brother, Ambassador Rasak Atanda Seriki CON,” Rt Hon Eshilokun-Sanni said in a statement.
Ambassador Seriki, Nigerian Ambassador to Spain, died early Thursday, 15 December, 2022 in Madrid, Spain.
