Foremost aspirant for the Lagos Central Senatorial District on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Rt Hon Wasiu Eshinlokun-Sanni has congratulated the party on the successful ward and local government congresses which took place on Wednesday, 18 May, 2022 across the state.

The Deputy Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly also congratulated winners of the delegate election noting that the success recorded at the congresses was clear indication that the party is bent on promoting its internal democracy structure.

“We are happy at the success recorded at the ward and local government congresses. No rancour, no violence, a very seamless exercise. It shows the maturity of our members to maintain peace and abide by the rules and regulations of the party, indeed, our internal democracy is very high,” he said.

Eshinlokun-Sanni also congratulated the winning delegates noting that this is a call to service for them to be part of the process in enthroning new leaders in the country.

“While I greet you all on your success at the congresses, I want to appeal to our distinguished delegates from the Lagos Central Senatorial District to vote for us during the primaries.

“My mandate is clear: to consolidate on sterling and exceptional performance of Senator Oluremi Tinubu anchored on delivering dividends of democracy to the people and quality representation in the Red Chamber,” Eshinlokun-Sanni said.
