Retired Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Energy, AbdulAhmeed Mustapha, has joins the Lagos State Governorship race.
He is vying for the governorship position under the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Mustapha’s declaration of ambition to run for the governorship race according to sources has unbalanced the state governor.
