…Fear Grips Workers as Over 400 Secret Restroom Videos Discovered
Stephen Ifeanyichukwu Ejezie, a former Quality Assurance Specialist at Access Bank’s contact centre in Oniru, Lagos, has been accused of secretly recording hundreds of video clips of his unsuspecting colleagues—then selling the footage on OnlyFans and Telegram.

FIJ gathered that Ejezie was caught red-handed in the female restroom around 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday. A source revealed that a female colleague, while bathing, noticed a phone camera peeking out from a toilet cubicle. When confronted, Ejezie initially feigned ignorance but was eventually forced to open the cubicle door, revealing himself.
The bank immediately ordered his arrest, insiders said, and a subsequent raid on his home uncovered over 400 explicit videos on his laptop—many of which had already been uploaded and sold online. Sources disclosed that Ejezie catered to an international market, selling the illicit content to foreign subscribers, including white and Indian buyers.
Shockingly, despite the gravity of the discovery, Ejezie has since been released from police custody. Contact centre staff members, who work shifts that often require sleeping and bathing at the office, now fear the bank may be prioritising its brand image over justice.
“We believe the bank is trying to sweep it under the carpet because we are contract staff,” one staff member said. “What happens to us if those videos leak even further?”
Ejezie, who joined Access Bank in February 2023 as a contact centre agent and was promoted in October to Quality Assurance Specialist, was described by former colleagues as personable, professional—and the last person anyone would suspect of such a violation.
“He was so cool, always checking on people. An outstanding agent,” a former colleague told FIJ. “No one would have believed he could do something like this.”
The revelation has left many employees devastated. The bank’s management convened an emergency meeting on Friday morning, banning staff from staying overnight at the office. However, workers say the measures felt more like an attempt to silence concerns than to offer support.
“There’s no counselling or assistance. Everyone’s just traumatised, wondering if they’re one of the victims,” said another staff member. “Some don’t even know they’re on video. People’s lives and futures could be destroyed if these clips resurface later.”
Staff say trust has been broken—and fear that with more than 400 videos already found, the damage could be long-lasting.
FIJ reached out to Access Bank for comment, but no official response had been received at press time.
