Senator Monday Okpebholo, candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has been declared the winner at his polling unit.
Voting at Ward 1, Unit 3, Uwesan, Esan Central, Okpebholo amassed 102 votes, while PDP’s Asue Ighodalo and Labour Party’s Olumide Akpata each received 1 vote.
