Customers of Zenith Bank and GTBank are still dealing with poor services, weeks after both banks assured the public that they had completed their migration to new core banking systems, which initially caused a complete service outage.

From numerous failed transactions to missing account balances, frustrations among customers continue to rise as they face difficulties in conducting basic account operations.

These ongoing issues directly contradict the banks’ claims that the migration process is complete and normal services have been restored.

The troubling experiences with Zenith and GTBank are also causing concern for customers of other banks preparing for similar system upgrades.

The challenges faced by Zenith and GTBank customers are also sparking concern about upcoming system upgrades planned by other banks.

Several customers who spoke with Nairametrics shared distressing accounts of their experiences with the ongoing system failures.

However, he remains unable to perform any transactions.

Many frustrated customers of both banks have taken to social media to voice their grievances, amplifying the public outcry over the prolonged service disruptions.

Despite the numerous complaints, neither Zenith Bank nor GTBank has issued an official statement addressing the current status of their services.
