A two-time Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and member of the Governance Advisory Council in Lagos State, Senator Musiliu Olatunde Obanikoro, has extended his congratulations to the Lagos State Deputy Governor, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
