Police have arrested the national chairman of the Labour Party (LP), Julius Abure.
Gatekeepers News reports that Abure was arrested in Benin City, Edo State, South-South, Nigeria.
It is currently unclear the reason behind his arrest but sources say it may not be unconnected with the recent crisis rocking the party.
