You will recall that the President-Elect had directed that in marking his 71st Birthday today, Nigerians should pray for the nation’s leaders and peaceful coexistence in the country against the annual rituals of organising a Colloquium.

The LASUBEB boss was of the view that it is only in the atmosphere of peace that the nation can achieve desired development adding Nigerians should continue to embark on legal activities without harassment or intimidation.

Hon Wahab Alawiye-King also urged law abiding citizens to avoid playing into the gallery with those who do not wish the nation a seamless transition of power come May 29.

He however charged the President-Elect to accord priority to insecurity, unemployment, ease of doing business, improved health care, renewal of infrastructure and boosting of power supply when he assumes office.

Eighteen political parties fielded candidates for the February 25th Presidential Election in which INEC declared APC candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu winner while Atiku Abubakar of the PDP came second and Peter Obi of the Labour Party was third.
