As Political parties and flag bearers set to commence campaign for 2023 General elections, a federal lawmaker, Hon HAKEEM ADEREMI has cautioned against all forms of disturbance during the exercise.
He also advised the youths to protect their futures and not allow themselves be used as instruments of violence during the campaigns.
While speaking with our correspondent in Lagos, Hon ADEREMI said what Nigerians should demand from political parties and their candidates is issue based campaigns.
The federal lawmaker noted that Nigerians should be prepared to ask party flag bearers questions on how they intend to provide solution to challenges facing the country.
He however believed that President BUHARI had did his best for the country within the resources available to him under the current circumstances.
Campaign for the Presidential and National Assembly elections will kick off on September 28 in line with INEC guidelines.
Eighteen political parties are fielding candidates for the Presidential Election but the front line candidates include; BOLA TINUBU of APC, ATIKU ABUBAKAR of the PDP, PETER OBI of the Labour Party and the NNPP RABIU KWANKWASO.
