Nollywood Actress, Uche Jombo has called for the imprisonment of husband of late popular gospel singer Osinachi Nwachukwu.
Osinachi, lead singer at the Dunamis International Headquarters, Abuja, died on April 8, after being in a coma for five days following alleged assault by her husband.
The deceased colleagues, family members and children of Osinachi confirmed the allegations, accusing Peter Nwachukwu of domestic violence and maltreatment.
Her husband Nwachukwu was immediately arrested by the police after the younger brother of the deceased singer reported the matter, leading to an investigation.
He denied the domestic violence allegations levelled against him.
