Dr. Samuel Mawuyon Ajose (SMA Gold) has extended his warm congratulations to the Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, following his formal endorsement as the consensus governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State.
Ajose described the endorsement by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, alongside the leadership of the Governance Advisory Council (GAC) and Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, as a significant demonstration of confidence in Dr. Hamzat’s capacity, experience, and longstanding commitment to the progress of Lagos State.
He noted that Dr. Hamzat’s track record in public service, particularly his contributions to governance, policy formulation, and infrastructural development in Lagos, positions him as a worthy successor to sustain and advance the developmental strides of the current administration.

The Badagry-born governorship aspirant further emphasized that while the contest for leadership often brings diverse aspirations, the overriding interest of the party and the continued growth of Lagos must remain paramount.
