The Lagos State Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Mrs. Toke Benson-Awoyinka, on Wednesday, joined indigenous traditionalists in marking the 2025 Annual Isese Day Celebration.
Extending her goodwill to practitioners of the indigenous faith, Benson-Awoyinka said the annual event is a reminder of the State’s rich cultural heritage and enduring values.
She reaffirmed the Lagos State Government’s commitment to promoting peace, inclusivity, and respect for diverse religious beliefs, stressing that the recognition of Isese Day reflects the State’s appreciation for cultural diversity and unity among its people.
