Brazilian winger Vinicius Junior was in scintillating form at the Estadio Bernabeu as Real Madrid cruised to a 5-2 victory over Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday.
The Madrid star scored three goals within the last 30 minutes to the end of the game, helping his side amass two wins after a disappointing loss to Lille in early October.
The away side doubled their lead within five minutes of the first half.
Donyell Malen ran towards the ball in the 30th minute which was flicked to him by Serhou Guirassy, before slotting the ball into the net, beating the outstretched Thibaut Courtois.
Four minutes later, Jamie Gittens made it 2-0 for the visitors after catching the Madrid defence on the counter.
The White Angels registered their first goal on the score sheet with a header from Antonio Rudiger who powered the ball courtesy of a chip from Kylian Mbappe.
Two minutes later, Vinicius equalised for the home side, sliding the ball into the net. The referee had ruled an offside position before the replay showed the rough tackled Mbappe was kept onside.
Madrid got the lead in the 83rd minute when Vazquez played a one-two with Mbappe before the Spanish defender smashed the ball into the net. The scoreline remained 3-2.
Vinicius got his second of the game and the fourth for Madrid. He cut the ball from the left wing before curling it last the Dortmund goalkeeper. A typical Vini goal.
The Brazilian put the ice on the cake in stoppage time after beating off two Dortmund players. He calmly hit the ball to bag a hat-trick for the night.
