Pay-television service provider, GOtv, has made its website more user-friendly in a way that enables subscribers find everything they need to know about the service in one place.

The GOtv website, www.gotvafrica.com, will be the one-stop shop to manage GOtv subscriptions and find local and international entertainment as well as packages to suit individual subscriber’s needs.

The new-look GOtv website, which has been simplified to work on both mobile devices and computers, makes GOtv Eazy Self- Service easily noticeable on the homepage. Subscribers can activate accounts, resolve issues, check the TV guide from the same destination and explore GOtv WOW offers available to loyal customers through an easy-to-find tab.

“We recognise that our increasingly mobile customers are constantly looking for a user-friendly and convenient service. We have positioned self-service upfront to ensure that our valued customers can now manage their accounts quickly and efficiently and still browse the TV Guide on the same page. This will make the GOtv website user journey easier and more convenient for customers. The changes form part of GOtv’s ongoing efforts to improve the services we offer to our customers with much more to come,” said John Ugbe, Managing Director, MultiChoice Nigeria.

gotvafrica.com enables subscribers to avoid the long queues and get GOtv Eazy Self- Service at their fingertips. It also enables them to easily fix errors, locate a nearby dealer, find answers to frequently asked questions, learn more about GOtv decoder, what packages are on offer and so much more.
