In an unprecedented move, Dangote Petroleum Refinery has announced a further reduction in the price of diesel from N1,200 to N1,000 per litre.
The refinery, during the product rollout, initially offered diesel at a significantly reduced price of N1,200 per litre three weeks ago, marking a reduction of over 30 percent from the previous market price of approximately N1,600 per litre.
This substantial reduction in diesel prices at Dangote Petroleum Refinery is expected to have a positive impact on all sectors of the economy and ultimately alleviate the high inflation rate in the country.
