That is why he is in court, not that he is insisting on being in office,\u201d the source added.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">When contacted, Secondus\u2019 media aide, Ike Abonyi, confirmed the development. \u201cYes, it is true.
