Not less than 250 residents have benefited from the first phase of the Yusuf Olaseni Oladipipo Foundation\u2019s Financial Empowerment programme.<\/p>\n

The financial gesture according to the philanthropist cum politician, is targeted at traders and owners of micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Alimosho Federal Constituency.<\/span><\/p>\n

The programme which was held at the Yusuf Olaseni Oladipipo Foundation\u2019s secretariat, Shasha Road, opposite Shasha Town Hall, Jayeoba Alimosho, had in attendance beneficiaries drawn from the local government and the five LCDA\u2019s in the federal constituency.<\/span><\/p>\n

Each of the 250 residents that graced the flag-off of the empowerment programme went home with ten thousand naira cash gifts.<\/span><\/p>\n

The financial aid according to PiPO as he\u2019s fondly called by admirers, is aimed at empowering the traders and their businesses to grow as well as explore bigger enterprise opportunities, which will ultimately improve their wellbeing.<\/span><\/p>\n

He added that the empowerment was part of his foundation\u2019s project of giving back to the society.<\/span><\/p>\n

He explained that he chosen cash empowerment because he was sure it would have direct impact on the beneficiaries and their businesses.<\/span><\/p>\n

He implored the beneficiaries to use the cash judiciously for the purpose it was meant for.<\/span><\/p>\n

He assured that apart from the ongoing, other physical projects that will be of benefit to the constituency would be executed soon.<\/span><\/p>\n
