Here is all you need to know about the return of the adventurous \u2018Gulder Ultimate Search\u2019 and the high energy, physically intense reality show \u2018The Rush\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n GULDER ULTIMATE SEARCH<\/span><\/p>\n Gulder Ultimate Search popularly known as GUS will be returning for its 12th season after a 7- year hiatus with the theme \u2018The Age of Craftmanship\u2019. <\/span><\/p>\n The show is sponsored by Nigerian Breweries in partnership with MultiChoice Nigeria.<\/span><\/p>\n This season, 20 contestants will tackle challenges they face in the jungle, in a quest to find a hidden treasure. <\/span><\/p>\n Contestants will be tested physically and intellectually until a winner emerges and will be crowned the \u2018Ultimate Man\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n In a bid to tread an unusual path, organizers of the show have announced that this year\u2019s edition will be anchored by the award winning and most influential media personality, Toke Makinwa. <\/span><\/p>\n This is coming on the heels of her recent gig as host of BBNaija \u2018The Buzz\u2019 show on Showmax. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Organizers of the show also announced that Nollywood actor and winner of the 7th edition of the show in 2010, Kunle Remi, will be the taskmaster for this edition. <\/span><\/p>\n As taskmaster, Remi is expected to dish out tasks to the 20 contestants in the jungle.<\/span><\/p>\n DStv and GOtv customers can watch all the action from the show on <\/span>Africa Magic Showcase (DStv channel 151), Africa Magic Urban (DStv channel 153) and Africa Magic Family (DStv channel 154 & GOtv channel 2) from October 16, 2021<\/span>, and will continue to air every Saturday and Sunday night till December 19, 2021, from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n The Ultimate Man or Woman this season will go home with over 50 million worth of prizes.<\/span><\/p>\n THE RUSH<\/span><\/p>\n The Rush show will debut for its first season this October and is brought to you by Pop central. The show is designed to be physically intense and mentally tasking.<\/span><\/p>\n For its debut season, the show will have 16 contestants, selected through an audition process and will all compete in the show for 8 weeks, engaging in 39 meticulously designed intensive physical and mental tasks.<\/span><\/p>\n The show will have dedicated task segments, contestants\u2019 in-residence segment, diary room segment, host driver, and voice over to drive the story. <\/span><\/p>\n Contestants will vote to eliminate each other weekly, while the viewers will vote to keep their favorites in.
