{"id":377,"date":"2017-05-19T18:59:14","date_gmt":"2017-05-19T18:59:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/madhousenaija.com\/?p=377"},"modified":"2017-05-19T18:59:14","modified_gmt":"2017-05-19T18:59:14","slug":"south-africa-deports-90-nigerians","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theblogonline.com\/?p=377","title":{"rendered":"South Africa Deports 90 Nigerians"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The South African government on Friday deported 90 Nigerians for committing immigration-related offences.<\/p>\n<p>DSP Joseph Alabi, the spokesman of the Lagos Airport Police Command confirmed the development to the <em>News Agency of Nigeria<\/em>\u00a0in Lagos.<\/p>\n<p>Alabi said the deportees, who are all men,\u00a0 landed at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos at about 3.30pm.<\/p>\n<div class=\"inserted_ad\"><\/div>\n<p>He said they were brought back to Nigeria aboard a South African Airways aircraft with registration number BBB712 from Johannesburg.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis afternoon, about 3.30pm, 90 Nigerians were deported from South Africa for committing immigration-related offences.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSome of them were alleged to have been living in the country without valid documents.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey were received by the appropriate agencies including the police and profiled before being allowed to depart to their respective destinations, \u201d Alabi said.<\/p>\n<p>South Africa had also on Feb. 28 sent 97 Nigerians back home for committing various offences.<\/p>\n<p>They deportees were made up of 95 males and two females.<\/p>\n<p>NAN<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The South African government on Friday deported 90 Nigerians for committing immigration-related offences.
