The Centre for Development Communication (CDC), formerly known as MAWA Foundation, has been awarded the prestigious Acquisition International Non-Profit Organization Award 2025 for Best Community Engagement in Nigeria.<\/p>\n
The award, which recognizes outstanding, purpose-driven non-profit initiatives across the globe, was conferred on CDC in acknowledgment of its impactful communication strategies and grassroots development work in communities across Nigeria.<\/p>\n
In a statement issued by the Centre\u2019s Director, Audu Liberty Oseni, the organization expressed pride in receiving the international honour, describing it as \u201ca validation that our work is making a real, measurable impact on the communities we serve.\u201d<\/p>\n
