\u2026Vows to Take Renewed Hope to Every Community<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The Grassroots Movement for Tinubu (GMT), \u00a0a political support group within the All Progressives Congress (APC), today inaugurated its Directorates and Deputy Directorates at its secretariat on Oduduwa Crescent, GRA, Ikeja.<\/p>\n

Pioneer Chairman of Ayobo-Ipaja Local Council Development Area and three-term member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. (Prince) Bisi Yusuff, was officially unveiled as the Director General of the organization.<\/p>\n

The event, which drew notable APC stakeholders, including the Chief of Staff to the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Tayo Akinmade Ayinde, emphasized that the initiative was not a campaign rally but a strategic grassroots mobilization.<\/p>\n

\u201cCampaign hasn\u2019t started yet because INEC has not declared that campaign should kick off. This is an underground movement to reach out to our people and seek engagement,\u201d he clarified.<\/p>\n

In a candid reflection on the 2023 elections, Ayinde decried the party\u2019s failure to galvanize grassroots support, particularly in Lagos, which resulted in what he described as an \u201cunprecedented defeat.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cBuffalo,\u201d as he\u2019s fondly called, urged members to transform the disappointment of 2023 into renewed action ahead of 2027.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe must be active and vocal in our support for Tinubu. The time for excuses is over. The only way to transform the pain of 2023 into the victory of 2027 is through relentless action, honest self-assessment, and a renewed focus on grassroots empowerment,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

In his inaugural address, Hon. Bisi Yusuff declared the beginning of a new era of grassroots political engagement.<\/p>\n

\u201cToday is not just about inaugurating an organization. It is about igniting a people-driven revolution \u2014 a platform built on unity, inclusivity, and an unshakeable loyalty to the ideals of our leader, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

He outlined the GMT\u2019s mission: to amplify President Tinubu\u2019s achievements and take the message of renewed hope to every corner of Nigeria.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe aim to mobilize robust support from the grassroots up \u2014 reaching youths, women, artisans, farmers, professionals, market men and women, traditional rulers, and religious leaders across every ethnic, tribal, and social line,\u201d Yusuff stated.<\/p>\n

He further emphasized that the movement would be anchored on strategy, truth, and consistent messaging to highlight the reforms of the Tinubu administration. \u201cWe are determined. We are ready. And we will succeed, In Shaa Allah,\u201d he affirmed.<\/p>\n
