Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission<\/a> (EFCC) have dismantled a notorious Ponzi scheme academy, Q University (a.k.a Q-Net), arresting 133 suspects in Abuja on Monday, March 24, 2025.<\/p>\n

The raid, conducted at Compensation Layout, Gwagwalada, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), followed actionable intelligence on the illicit operation of the academy, which had been luring unsuspecting young Nigerians into a fraudulent network marketing scheme.<\/p>\n

The academy reportedly indoctrinated recruits through a program dubbed \u201cSpecial Training for New Generation Billionaires,\u201d misleading them into believing they would attain massive wealth.<\/p>\n

Participants were required to fill out an \u201cIndependent Representative Application Form\u201d and chant promotional slogans such as \u201cI\u2019m a Champion,\u201d \u201cI\u2019m Unstoppable,\u201d and \u201cI\u2019m Infinity.\u201d<\/p>\n

The operation was carried out in collaboration with officers of the 176 Guards Battalion, Nigerian Army.<\/p>\n

Items recovered include mobile phones, computers, and other electronic gadgets.<\/p>\n
