Utimaco is happy to announce that it has received United States regulatory clearance to complete the acquisition of Atalla, a division of Micro Focus. The transaction is scheduled to close November 5, 2018.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

Originally announced in May 2018, the acquisition will integrate Atalla\u2019s payment Hardware Security Module (HSM) and Enterprise Secure Key Manager (ESKM) business into Utimaco\u2019s portfolio of HSM-related products.<\/span><\/p>\n
