The Rivers State House of Assembly, led by Speaker Martins Amaewhule, has issued an arrest warrant for the Chairman of the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC), Justice Adolphus Enebeli (rtd), following his failure to appear before the lawmakers.<\/p>\n
