The Muslim community in Lagos Island, under the aegis of the Joint Muslim Forum, has strongly condemned a viral video circulating on social media that shows a masquerade performing prayer, otherwise known as Salat.<\/p>\n
The incident, which has stirred tension among the Muslim community and local residents, took place at Idumota Bus Stop, Lagos Island, last Thursday.<\/span><\/p>\n In response, one of the community leaders, Ustaz Qamardeen Ajala, stated that the matter has been formally reported to the Police Command<\/a> at Zone 2, Onikan.<\/span><\/p>\n According to Ajala, the provocative display, which drew a large crowd, was seen as a deliberate attack on Islam and its followers.
