President Bola Tinubu is set to swear in seven newly appointed ministers on Monday, November 4, 2024.<\/p>\n
This was confirmed by the President\u2019s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Mr. Bayo Onanuga, in a statement posted on his X (formerly Twitter) account on Sunday.<\/p>\n
The newly appointed ministers include:<\/p>\n
\u2022Dr. Nentawe Yilwatda as Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction<\/p>\n
\u2022Muhammadu Dingyadi as Minister of Labour and Employment<\/p>\n
\u2022Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu as Minister of State, Foreign Affairs<\/p>\n
\u2022Dr. Jumoke Oduwole as Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment<\/p>\n
\u2022Idi Maiha as Minister of Livestock Development<\/p>\n
\u2022Yusuf Ata as Minister of State, Housing and Urban Development<\/p>\n
\u2022Dr. Suwaiba Ahmad as Minister of State, Education<\/p>\n
Onanuga added that the Senate approved these appointments on October 31, following a major cabinet reshuffle by President Tinubu on October 23.<\/p>\n
