Rano Limited, and four other companies for importing refined petroleum products already being produced locally by Dangote without shortages.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In the case, numbered FHC\/ABJ\/CS\/1324\/2024, Dangote Refinery is also seeking N100 billion in damages from the Nigeria Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) for allegedly continuing to issue import licenses to NNPCL, Matrix Energy, and others for products like Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) and Jet Fuel, despite Dangote\u2019s production exceeding Nigeria\u2019s daily consumption.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The defendants in the suit include NMDPRA, NNPCL, Aym Shafa Limited, A. A. Rano Limited, T.
