The Council of Sarkin Samarin Yamma of 17 Southern States of Nigeria, led by visionary leader Comr. Amb. (Dr). Alh. Sani Salisu Danmuttaqa, made this difficult decision to prioritize caution and safety.<\/span><\/p>\n
