education is the most powerful weapon in the fight against terrorism, as she receives four rescued female students from Federal University, Dutsin Ma.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Senator Tinubu made this statement at the State House Presidential Villa when she welcomed four of the five rescued students from Federal University Dutsin-Ma. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">She expressed joy in reuniting the students with their families and acknowledged the pain they endured during their abduction on October 5, 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure Abuja.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Tinubu commended the efforts of law enforcement agencies and thanked God for their safe return.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The First Lady assured the girls of the Federal Government&#8217;s commitment, as well as the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI), to support them psychologically and with their education as they recover from their 70-day captivity. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">She emphasized the importance of not letting their experience hinder their educational pursuits and career interests. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Tinubu encouraged the girls to turn this episode into a story of triumph and assured them of guidance and support from RHI.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Senator Tinubu acknowledged the difficulties faced by the girls and other Nigerians who have been kidnapped but expressed confidence in the determination and tenacity of the security and intelligence forces, along with the support of all Nigerians, to overcome this challenge. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Each rescued girl received a Scholarship Grant of One Million Naira and a brand-new laptop from RHI. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The Federal Government also provided Two Million Naira to the parents of each rescued girl and One Million Naira to the Vice Chancellor of the University.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Tinubu expressed gratitude for the safe return of the girls and commended the leadership role of the Office of the National Security Adviser and the effective coordination of law enforcement agencies in ensuring their safe return and the release of all Nigerians held against their will.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The meeting was attended by the parents of the rescued girls, the Deputy Vice Chancellor of the Federal University Dutsin Ma Katsina, the Representative of the Inspector General of Police, and the National Counter Terrorism Legal Officer.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>First Lady of
