Singer Afeez Fashola, aka Naira Marley, has arrived in Lagos to assist in the ongoing probe of the death of his former signee, Ilerioluwa Aloba aka MohBad.<\/p>\n
The singer revealed this in a tweet on Tuesday, adding that he\u2019d also be meeting with the police.<\/span><\/p>\n He wrote, \u201cI\u2019d like to share that I\u2019ve just arrived back in Lagos, Nigeria to assist the authorities with the ongoing investigation. It\u2019s important I do my part for Imole.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ll be meeting with the police with hopes for the truth to be uncovered and for justice to prevail.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n In a statement last Tuesday, Naira Marley vowed to clear his name<\/a> and prove innocence of his involvement in the death of Mohbad.<\/span><\/p>\n The Marlian Music added that he was ready to assist the police investigation surrounding the MohBad\u2019s death.<\/span><\/p>\n PUNCH<\/a> Online reports<\/a> Mohbad died on September 12 at the age of 27 in Lagos State.<\/span><\/p>\n He was buried on September 13.
