This unfortunate incident happened while casting was being done,\u201d he stated.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Engr.
